Welcome to Akeed Beauty. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please read them carefully. 

1. General

• This website is owned and operated by Akeed Beauty.
• All transactions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce (ZATCA) and (SFDA) for cosmetics.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. 
• We are not responsible for issues that may arise from reuse of content from our platform.

2. Eligibility\n

• You must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent/guardian to make purchases.
• All users must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.

3. Product Information

• All product descriptions, images and prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device"s display reflects the true product color.
• All the products are sourced from Authorised distribution Centres.
• Customers should use the products at their own discretion, Please read usage methods and do a patch test if you have allergies.

4. Orders and Payments

• We accept payments via STC Pay, Mada, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other approved gateways.
• Full payment must be received before the order is processed. 
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across all regions of Saudi Arabia, via trusted couriers like Aramex or SPL, or SMSA.
• Delivery typically takes 1-5 working days depending on location, orders can take longer time ( upto 15 days ) for international Brands based on availability.
• Shipping fees are shown at checkout and vary by region and order size.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• In accordance with Saudi Consumer Protection Law. returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product if:
• The item is unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, seals and labels are intact.
• Certain items (e.g. opened skincare or hygiene products) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective.

7. Refunds 

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of error or product defect.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks and media on this website are the property of Akeed Beauty and may not be used without written permission.
• We are not affiliated to any brands, all copyrights remain the sole property of brand owners.

9. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with Saudi Data and Privacy Law.
• Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as required for order fulfillment or by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The Ministry of Commerce or Saudi Consumer Protection Authority may be contacted for unresolved issues.
